The Problem

ServiceTitan is powerful — and painful.

After years of running ServiceTitan at scale — administratively and in the field — the gaps were obvious. Rigid workflows, opaque pricing, and a UX that fights the dispatcher. Operators deserve software built by someone who has actually dispatched a truck at 4:55pm on a Friday.

The Solution

A full FSM platform with a migration path off ServiceTitan.

SRVCWRX (formerly ServiceFlow FSM) is a complete field service management platform: customers, jobs, dispatch, invoicing, pricebook, inventory, memberships, and performance pay — plus a deep just-in-time ServiceTitan migration layer so shops can move over without stopping the trucks.

The Model

The software is free. You own it at the end of year one.

Software
Free. Yours to keep.
Consulting fee
= 12 months of your current FSM spend.
After year one
You own the code. You only pay the backends you use.

Traditional FSM vendors charge per seat, per truck, per module — forever. SRVCWRX flips the model. I charge a one-time consulting engagement equal to what you're already paying your current FSM provider for a year. At the end of that year, the software is yours: your repo, your database, your customers, your data. No renewal. No ransom.

What you pay for after year one

Just the backends. No middleman.

  • LovableHosting + agent
  • GitHubSource control
  • SupabaseDatabase, auth, storage, functions
  • ResendTransactional email
  • TwilioSMS + voice for dispatch
  • StripeCard + ACH payments
  • Google CloudMaps, geocoding, OAuth
  • SentryError monitoring

Essentials shown. Your actual stack shifts with your business model — accounting sync, mobile app stores, business email, AI/LLM features, and similar tools get added or dropped per client.

Typical all-in monthly backend cost for a mid-size shop lands well below a single ServiceTitan seat.

Contractors used to own their companies. Now their software vendors do.

SRVCWRX gives ownership back — of the tools, the data, and the roadmap.

Built by an operator who runs a $6M/yr HVAC company on ServiceTitan every day, and got tired of renting the keys to his own business.

The Takeaway

SRVCWRX is what happens when an operator who has actually run a $6M/yr HVAC company on ServiceTitan decides to build the tool he wished he'd had — and ships it.
